When I joined the Transpac team in early 2008 I quickly realized that a number of essential and required documents were in need of attention. Upon meeting with Christina and expressing my concerns, she and her team leapt to my aid recreating 3 years of OSHA 300 logs and developing an updated IIPP for the company. At the time I was happy to have 2 items on my laundry list of tasks checked off; little did I know how the assistance of ISU would come into play in the future. October of 2009 I received a surprise visit from OSHA, though the whole experience was not what I would call pleasant, I was able to breeze through the situation and Transpac came through with flying colors due in part to the up to date IIPP and complete OSHA logs I was able to present upon request. Had ISU not provided Transpac with past years OSHA logs and new IIPP the situation would have been very different. I can always count on Christina and her staff to be there when I am in need, I cannot express how much their support and expertise means to me on a daily basis.

I would like to provide some positive feedback regarding my experience with Christina and her Team. I recently joined WebEx Communications in a Treasury capacity with responsibility for the risk management function. Christina and her team were true partners that approached the risk management area with a proactive and customer focused approach. Her team responded to day-to-day inquires very promptly and assisted with our annual renewals in a collaborative and cost effective manner.
