Christina’s training and experience have uniquely prepared her to be an expert in helping management teams to navigate the field of risk management and transfer. She is licensed to transact all insurance products and security for companies. She is also certified as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA). These unique set of trainings prepared her for her professional accomplishments.

Christina has experience in helping companies through phrases of growth and consolidation. She has the expertise to lay in the foundational protection in risk management for a company to grow from a 100 to over 2500 employees. She can negotiate a quick claim settlement, so companies can adhere to its plan of growth or operation. She has also completed the complicated insurance adjustment in three successful mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to becoming an insurance expert, Christina was part a senior management team of a technology company. She holds the distinction as a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has the experience and the knowhow for organizational development, management trainings, and team building workshops. Moreover, she understands the challenges and priorities of management teams in growth oriented companies.

Her experience in the Silicon Valley gives a hand on experience on the area main industries, such as technology and hospitality. She would be your choice strategic partner in managing business risks and transfer of risks through insurance.
Brian Cheung
Business Development Specialist- Technology Segment

Brian holds an insurance license and specializes in the technology industry. Brian is an engineer by trade and has a patent in semiconductor processing. Brian is highly analytical with an exceptional insight and understanding the risks associated with Technology companies. Finding a match for the unique risk in each technology and the appropriate insurance coverage is his strength. He is also our in house expert in auditing for proper workers’ comp class code classification.

Brian holds a BS in Chemical Engineering (UC Berkeley), MA in Exegesis Theology (Western Seminary), and a certificate in Associate Safety Professional (ASP).
David Ford, SHRM-SCP

David, Benefit/HR Specialist, specializes benefits and human resources. He has in dept knowledge of the ACA laws, payroll laws, human resources laws, and benefit underwriting. He is a great communicator and always look out for the interest of our clients and their employees.
David has an MBA and a doctorate in Strategic Leadership (DSL). He is also recognized as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
Nancy Yin

Nancy has a degree in Conference & Exhibition Planning and Management from Shanghai Second Polytechnic University. She handles all new client, accounting, and audit details. She is great in customer service.
Elisa Chan

Elisa is licensed in Property and Casualty (P&C). She has years of experience in handling P&C insurance. As a customer service representative, she is responsible to handle inquires from customers, prepare proposal, resolve claims and billing discrepancies, and provide certificates to our customers.
Elisa is multi-lingual; she can speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Alfred Wang

Alfred is licensed in Property and Casualty. He has many years of experience of service industry. He is also a long time resident of Texas. As a customer service representative, he is responsible to handle inquiries, prepare proposals, resolve claims and billing discrepancies, and provide certificates to our customers. Alfred is multi-lingual; he can speak English and Mandarin.
